After meeting with the founders of Black, Queer & Intersectional Columbus (BQIC), I was able to gain a pretty clear understanding of the organization’s culture, their positioning, and their agenda. With the information I was able to gather from speaking with them and sitting in on general meetings, I decided on a serious, bold, black and white (they were pretty strict about black and white only) identity that really brought out the boldness and and no-nonsense attitude of the organization.
